- Organize the CEO's agenda and calendar, as well as all office-relevant procedures (e.g., travel booking, expenses, administrative duties, etc.).
- Manage a challenging fashion calendar and support a smooth company-wide meeting cascade for all departments.
- Serve as a gatekeeper for incoming requests and efficiently manage all ongoing communication and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support the planning of key events that require the presence of the CEO, such as team events, advisory boards, offsites, etc.
- Oversee the entire office management team, build new processes and procedures together with the team, and help them maintain their existing systems.
- Handle all administrative duties related to external stakeholders (e.g., signature processes, banks, tax office).
- Confidently handle sensitive information with sound judgment and an appropriate level of discretion.
- Assist with the creation of important reports and presentations.
