                <![CDATA[We are looking for a VP Supply Chain to lead and optimize our end-to-end supply chain operations. The VP Supply Chain will be responsible for overseeing sourcing and production, purchase order placement, inbound logistics management, and fulfillment operations across both channels B2B and B2C. The role includes strategic oversight of our 3PL partner and and also included technical implementations. <br><br>Working closely with the CEO and CFO, this leader will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing a supply chain strategy that supports our brand’s growth, enhances customer experience, drives profitability, and advances our sustainability commitments.<br><br>You will lead a collaborative, high-performing team and play a key role in shaping Aeyde’s next stage of growth.<br><br>You own the strategic and operational supply chain management process from supplier allocation, order placement, production, inbound logistics, warehousing, and fulfillment operations for both our channels wholesale and D2C.<br><br><strong>Sourcing &amp; Production</strong><ul><li>Drive selection processes &amp; supplier onboarding for all product groups withing Aeyde.</li><li>Drive structured cost negotiations and margin improvment initiatives with suppliers while maintaining quality and compliance standards.</li><li>Work in close alignment with Product and Merchandising to streamline production calendars, order lead times and MOQs for each season.</li><li>Continuously evaluate supplier performance and foster strategic and longterm partnership with our suppliers.</li><li>Own supply and material forecasts to optimize capacity planning and lead times.</li></ul><strong>Inbound / Warehouse Management</strong><ul><li>Oversee and steer our 3PL and logistics partners, ensuring performance and cost efficiency in line with the overall business plan.</li></ul><strong>Operations</strong><ul><li>Ensure on-time delivery across wholesale and our D2C channel.</li><li>Protect gross margin through disciplined freight and sourcing decisions.</li><li>Lead the B2B Outbound Team that is managing all Wholesale orders including post delivery clarification &amp; claims handling.</li><li>Lead the D2C Customer Service and deliver an exceptional customer service for our Aeyde clients.</li><li>Manage claims request and streamline processes in collaboration with Product and QC for both channels.</li></ul><strong>SOPs &amp; Tools</strong><ul><li>Own and optimize all supply chain systems and tools such as ERP, PM, BOM.</li><li>Drive implementation of consistent and transparent process documentation and SOPs.</li><li>Establish scalable processes and reporting structures that improves cross funcational alignments between Product, Merchandising and Finance.</li></ul><strong>Sustainability</strong><ul><li>Own all sustainability related topics and further define Aeyde's sustainability strategy.</li></ul>]]>
