Your tasks
  • Have full ownership of improving our workspace with the aim of representing the Aeyde’s minimalist design approach
  • Shape our work culture and enable teams to reach their maximum potential by streamlining operational topics
  • Promote a positive image of the company by representing Aeyde to external stakeholders, visitors and employees
  • Manage IT equipment and resources for all new hires and employees
  • Lead projects with our office service providers (maintenance, IT, etc.)
  • Manage all office mail/shipping (inbound and outbound)
  • Drive team spirit and connectivity across teams by planning team events

Your profile
  • Relevant professional experience, ideally in an international startup environment
  • Customer-centric mindset
  • Organised and able to manage competing deadline
  • Tech savvy and well versed with tools such as Google Suite, MS Office, Notion, Slack and others
  • Understanding of Aeyde's aesthetics is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English
