Your tasks

• Own the supply chain management process from supplier allocation and production to inbound transportation, fulfilment and outbound transportation to our customers including returns handling
• Streamline the entire supply chain (B2B/B2C) and customer service leveraging a data-driven approach
• Lead strategic projects and initiatives to improve supply chain performance and transparency, especially impacting lead and turn-around times
• Identify, structure and solve complex problems along the supply chain
• Drive implementation of consistent and transparent process documentation and SOPs
• Oversee the overall planning and optimisation as well as cross-functional alignment with product, sales and finance
• Optimize systems and tools
• Ensure best-in-class convenience and customer service experience along shipping and delivery options, VAS, returns
• Build and lead a team as well as coordinate our third party service providers (3PL, shipping, logistics, etc.)

Your profile

• Extensive experience in supply chain, operations and logistics
• Academic degree and/or professional training in operations, supply chain management or related business degree
• Demonstrated ability to manage processes based on KPIs and hands-on
• Superior analytical skills and business acumen
• Excellent project management skills
• Able to motivate, empower and lead a team within a fast-paced environment
• Leverageable, broad network within the operations/supply chain industry
