Your tasks

• Translate ideas into products: manage the development and release of new products within your category
• Own the production process all the way: component sourcing, material sourcing, prototype reviews, order placement and shipment
• Create range plans and line lists and integrate updates after every development step
• Communicate with other departments as Operations, Sales and Marketing on product updates
• Organise sub-suppliers and logistics processes such as liaising shipments of packaging, labels, extras 
• Manage the calendar for communications with factories on order confirmations, deliveries
• Be responsible for the sample management from the factory to internal teams
• Record and follow up on production errors and claims with factories

Your profile

• Relevant experience in an analogical role, preferably in a luxury fashion
• Solid understanding for the product development process
• Able to manage several projects with competing deadlines
• High level of ownership and drive for delivery
• Excellent communication skills in Italian and English
