Office Operations Intern for September 2026 (f/m/d)

What you will do:

  • Support daily office operations, including facilities, supplies, vendor relationships, and meeting spaces.

  • Assist internal processes that keep the team running smoothly: onboarding, travel coordination, meeting planning, and more.

  • Help to manage office and operations budgets, including expense tracking and reporting.

  • Aid the Office team with IT infrastructure for +40 people including laptops / screens etc. 

  • Serve as one of the liaison for external partners, service providers, and building management.

  • Support coordinating cross-functional communication and support company-wide projects like the Christmas event and the sample sale.

  • Assist in workplace improvements and back up initiatives that enhance team wellbeing.

  • Help to ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and support HR with documentation and logistics.

What you will bring:

  • You are currently enrolled at a university and seeking a 6-month mandatory internship as part of your academic program.

  • You thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy collaborating across multiple teams.

  • You have strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.

  • You communicate fluently in English; German skills are a plus.

  • You bring a friendly, proactive, and independent approach to your work.

  • You are legally eligible to work in Germany.

  • Start: September 2026
