Digital Content Planning & Activation Manager (f/m/d)

What you will do:

As our Digital Content Planning & Activation Manager, you will be the creative architect behind our marketing channel storytelling.
Own the planning and orchestration of how our brand and commercial stories come to life across every customer touchpoint, translating seasonal concepts and marketing strategy into compelling content, activations, and customer journeys for each marketing channel. 
Sitting at the intersection of Marketing with Brand, Product and Creative, you will ensure that every story is relevant, inspiring, and commercially effective.

  • Own the daily content marketing and cross-channel activation planning in line with the overall seasonal marketing plan.
  • Balance our luxury brand narrative with effective commercial messaging to drive both short-term revenue and long-term sustainable brand growth. 
  • Collaborate with the Merchandising team to translate product stories, seasonal priorities, and commercial objectives into compelling customer-facing narratives.
  • Ensure campaigns are activated effectively throughout their full lifecycle, from teaser to launch to sustain phase.
  • Partner closely with marketing channel owners to ensure activations meet channel requirements and continuously identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Translate marketing rollout plans into comprehensive briefs with clear deliverables for the Creative team.
  • Manage the daily content calendar and oversee scheduling and posting of all content across social media and email.
  • Monitor content performance and customer engagement across channels, using insights to refine future storytelling and activation strategies.
  • Innovate our brand storytelling by experimenting with new creative approaches and thoughtfully applying AI to enhance creativity, relevance, and efficiency. 
  • Conduct competitor and social media research to identify content opportunities, emerging trends, and best-in-class activation examples.
  • Develop activation frameworks, content best practices, and storytelling playbooks to improve marketing effectiveness and consistency over time.
  • Recruit, manage and mentor the recurring Marketing interns/working students.

What you will bring:

  • 4+ years of experience in content marketing, campaign management, or omnichannel marketing.
  • University degree in business administration, marketing or communications. 
  • Proven experience in ecommerce / consumer brands, ideally in fashion or luxury sectors.
  • Strong understanding of social media and other digital marketing channels with experience in developing integrated activation plans across multiple touchpoints.
  • Extensive briefing and collaboration experience with creative teams.
  • Strong creative thinking skills with a passion for content innovation and emerging marketing trends.
  • Profound understanding of commercial storytelling.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, stakeholders, and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Strong project management skills and proficiency with modern workplace tools.
  • Native-level English proficiency.
