Sitting at the intersection of Marketing with Brand, Product and Creative, you will ensure that every story is relevant, inspiring, and commercially effective.
- Own the daily content marketing and cross-channel activation planning in line with the overall seasonal marketing plan.
- Balance our luxury brand narrative with effective commercial messaging to drive both short-term revenue and long-term sustainable brand growth.
- Collaborate with the Merchandising team to translate product stories, seasonal priorities, and commercial objectives into compelling customer-facing narratives.
- Ensure campaigns are activated effectively throughout their full lifecycle, from teaser to launch to sustain phase.
- Partner closely with marketing channel owners to ensure activations meet channel requirements and continuously identify opportunities for optimization.
- Translate marketing rollout plans into comprehensive briefs with clear deliverables for the Creative team.
- Manage the daily content calendar and oversee scheduling and posting of all content across social media and email.
- Monitor content performance and customer engagement across channels, using insights to refine future storytelling and activation strategies.
- Innovate our brand storytelling by experimenting with new creative approaches and thoughtfully applying AI to enhance creativity, relevance, and efficiency.
- Conduct competitor and social media research to identify content opportunities, emerging trends, and best-in-class activation examples.
- Develop activation frameworks, content best practices, and storytelling playbooks to improve marketing effectiveness and consistency over time.
- Recruit, manage and mentor the recurring Marketing interns/working students.
