- Netsuite: Maintaining B2B master database.
- B2B sample managment: coordination & tracking of sending out samples to b2b partners.
- Assisting with ad hoc support needed for presentations / projects.
- Market preparation.
- Material preparation: Line & order sheets, brand book, press update.
- Showroom preparation: Booking models, drinks and snaks orders, coordinating of cleaning, interns, students.
- Invite- and appointment and calendar management.
- Liaise with Merch Team for sample management.
- Assist the Sales Managers during market appointments.
- After-Sales process and management.
- Order check and send out confirmations.
- System data management: Entering customers, orders/reorders/swaps, claims, credit memos.
- New Client creation process, welcome pack, onboarding etc.
- Supporting Sales Operations & Logistics with with vendor manuals, ensuring a good communication with Partners.
- Reporting and collating ST, margin calculation, assortment analyses.
- Account support: Creating training documents, leading product knowledge seminars, coordinating special events (i.e. trunk shows).
- Ad hoc research and analyses including research of markets, competition, pricing.
- Supporting your Manager across all projects.
