In this role, you will drive data-informed decision-making through reporting, forecasting, and inventory planning and implement AI tools and procedures. From pre-season planning to in-season trading analysis, you will play a key role in optimizing performance at channel, category, and SKU level, in balance with our inventory targets, while delivering insights that support strategic and commercial decision-making across the business.

Business Planning & Forecasting
- Build quarterly forecasts by category and product shape.
- Define and manage seasonal Open-to-Buy (OTB).
- Own SKU-level buy planning for the Online channel.
- Drive stock efficiency through proactive inventory management, balancing availability, sell-through performance, and stock cover.
- Manage and place reorders in line with business needs.
- Track monthly partner performance and identify reorder opportunities across the wholesale network.
- Oversee all stock transfer and stock trade requests.
- Act as the key point of contact for merchandising-related requests from wholesale partners.
- Partner with Collection Merchandising and Product teams on carryover and markdown recommendations.
- Lead End-of-Season Sale (EOSS) and off-price planning, including inventory management and pricing strategy.
- Manage and develop the off-price business channel.
- Own weekly, monthly, and seasonal reporting (incl. sell-in and sell-through) across Wholesale and Online channels.
- Monitor weekly business performance and proactively drive trading actions and adjustments where needed.
- Lead all pre season and in season ad-hoc analysis.
- Stay up to date with the latest AI tools and technologies, identifying opportunities to implement them. across reporting, planning, and merchandising processes to drive efficiency and better decision-making.
