You will work closely with the CEO and CFO to align merchandising and planning strategies with the company’s overall financial goals.
You will lead a lean, agile, collaborative, high-performing team of experts. In this role, you will play a key role in shaping Aeyde’s next stage of growth.
Merchandising Strategy & Planning
- Define and execute seasonal and long-term merchandising strategies aligned with brand positioning, channel mix and growth targets.
- Owns full product P&L including margin and inventory targets.
- Define seasonal collection size and structure, including NOS assortments.
- Ensure the commercial viability of the collection with the right price points across key markets.
- Manage the full collection creation critical path and timelines.
- Lead demand and inventory forecasting across DTC and wholesale channels.
- Manage OTB and buying to drive sales performance while mitigating inventory risk for the D2C channel.
- Manage sell-in and sell-out, and own all markdown activities.
- Build and lead a 360° inventory management and channel management strategy.
- Oversee all merchandising operations functions, including sample management, product content creation, and marketing materials.
- Manage cross-functional planning between Merchandising and Marketing.
- Lead and develop the merchandising team, fostering a high-performance, data-driven culture.
- Act as a key partner to Product, Supply Chain, Finance, and Marketing to ensure alignment from concept to campaign rollout.
- Support international expansion by tailoring assortments to regional markets.
