This is a pivotal role at the heart of our operations: you’ll ensure the smooth running of the office, design processes that empower our team, and create an environment where talented individuals can thrive. You’ll be the go-to person for all things workplace - from day-to-day logistics to long-term culture and wellbeing initiatives - making Aeyde a place people love to work.
- Lead and manage all aspects of daily office operations, including facilities, supplies, vendor relationships, and meeting spaces.
- Own internal processes that keep the team running smoothly: onboarding, travel coordination, meeting planning, and more.
- Champion workplace improvements and lead initiatives that enhance team wellbeing.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication and support company-wide projects.
- Manage office and operations budgets, including expense tracking and reporting.
- Manage the IT infrastructure for +40 people including laptops / screens etc.
- Serve as the main liaison for external partners, service providers, and building management.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and support HR with documentation and logistics.
