What you will do:
As Senior Sales Manager at Aeyde, you will be at the core of our global expansion, driving growth and performance of our wholesale business across key markets. You will support the Commercial Director with defining and executing the global wholesale strategy, ensuring strong partnerships, sustainable growth, and brand-right distribution. You will own the planning and execution of all wholesale activities, including market expansion, key account development, sell-in performance, and seasonal forecasting. Working closely with Product, Merchandising, Marketing, and Operations, you will ensure commercial alignment across all B2B channels and markets. This is a strategic yet hands-on role in a fast-paced environment, where you will oversee key relationships, negotiate major partnerships, and drive performance from sell-in to sell-through.
- Own and manage global key accounts, driving long-term strategic partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both existing and prospective retail partners.
- Drive wholesale acquisition strategy and identify new growth opportunities.
- Lead all market preparations and key appointments during sales campaigns.
- Represent the brand during store visits, training sessions, and retail activitie.
- Lead term negotiations and manage new account negotiations.
- Own annual wholesale budget, forecasting, and revenue planning esuring it is in line with the company's growth strategy.
- Oversee aftersales processes, including order confirmations, delivery timelines, and client communication, in coordination with your team.
- Oversee in-season business management (reorders, swaps, returns).
- Monitor monthly sell-through performance and define action plans with the team and partners.
- Develop and execute wholesale marketing plans.
