What you will do:
We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth for aeyde.com. In this role, you will own our paid marketing strategy and day-to-day operations, optimize performance across channels, and unlock new growth opportunities through testing, automation, and strong analytical insights. You will work closely with the Growth Lead, Creative, Ecommerce, and Data teams to scale efficiently and continuously improve how we acquire, convert, and retain customers.
- Define and execute the paid marketing strategy together with the Growth Lead, aligning with overall business goals.
- Manage day-to-day paid marketing operations, including campaign setup, optimization, and reporting.
- Brief the Creative team on performance-driven requirements and best practices for ad content.
- Identify new opportunities and potentials for innovation in our paid marketing activities.
- Support in email marketing from a growth perspective, including automated flows and personalization.
- Develop strategies to increase visibility on Search and Gen AI platforms (SEO & GEO).
- Identify and test new DTC growth opportunities across digital marketing, ecommerce, and emerging channels.
- Manage the technical setup and backend optimization of marketing channels (e.g., product feeds, integrations, troubleshooting).
- Oversee user tracking and event management (GA4), working closely with developers on implementation and testing.
- Collaborate with data engineers to enhance our analytical capabilities in the Marketing space.
- Build self-service dashboards to track marketing performance and customer insights.
- Create regular reports to communicate results and actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Provide ad-hoc data support to teams across the organization.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve growth initiatives.
