You are deeply embedded in contemporary culture, art, and fashion, with international experience in publishing or similar content/editorial roles within luxury fashion. You understand consumer psychology and can translate strong concepts into clear, compelling narratives that perform, from initial idea to full client-facing rollout.
Working closely with the Creative Director, Art Director, Digital, Marketing, and Communications teams, you will own the full editorial ecosystem from seasonal concept to execution across all channels.
This position is based at our Head Office in Berlin.
- Define the editorial direction of the brand, blending creative storytelling with commercial strategy to position Aeyde as a culturally resonant luxury house.
- Lead the overarching content strategy, weaving seasonal narratives, product messaging, and editorial direction into a cohesive and elevated brand voice.
- Guide and evolve the brand’s tone of voice, editorial frameworks and oversee long-form content (e.g. editorials, interviews, magazine pieces) and short-form formats (e.g. web, email, social copy) with equal excellence.
- Translate seasonal collections and creative concepts into clear, compelling, and digestible content across all channels, ensuring relevance, resonance, and customer engagement.
- Partner closely with the Digital Team to tailor content for each platform and channel, optimizing for performance and context and oversee all copy output, from campaigns, website, email, social, and press releases to product descriptions and editorial projects, ensuring consistency and excellence in tone of voice.
- Support and guide editorial initiatives such as Lookbooks, Aeyde Magazin, or other brand editorial projects.
- Strategize and manage editorial calendars, timelines, and full-cycle content production workflows to ensure seamless delivery.
- Own editorial relationships and creative collaborations, commissioning editors, creators, and cultural contributors to bring fresh perspectives.
- Lead and mentor a small team of editors and project managers, fostering a high-performing, collaborative, and creatively ambitious environment.
- Stay ahead of cultural currents and drive innovation projects for the area of editorial content and suggest new formats or ways of working.
