What you will do:
The Supply Chain Planning Manager – Footwear & Accessories will be responsible for planning and managing end-to-end supply chain operations related to Footwear—from order placement through to production scheduling and delivery. This role bridges internal teams (product development, merchandising, operations) and external partners (manufacturers, suppliers, logistics / 3PL) to ensure product availability, cost‐efficiency, and timely delivery, while maintaining high quality and sustainability standards.
- Lead operational coordination between our Italian manufacturers, Product Development and Merchandising teams to ensure on-time deliveries.
- Coordinate seasonal production timelines with our factories and ensure on time purchase order placements.
- Collaborate closely with Merchandising and Product Development to align sampling timelines, forecasts, and production capacities.
- Manage and execute the end-to-end inbound process from factories to the central warehouse.
- Lead weekly follow-ups on product deliveries (carry-over and seasonal collections) with internal stakeholders.
- Maintain and improve delivery performance dashboards and tracking tools.
- Ensure the accuracy and consistency of data in all reporting systems.
- Ensure all materials and suppliers meet Aeyde’s quality and sustainability standards.
- Maintain and optimize ERP/PLM systems for accurate planning and reporting.
- Drive process improvement and cost-efficiency initiatives across the supply chain in close collaboration with the CFO/COO.
- Suggest optimization along the supply chain and keep an open eye on innovation in the space.
