- Strategic Planning & Execution: Partner with the CEO and leadership team to set, track, and deliver on company goals and OKRs, special projects, and quarterly priorities.
- Operational Support: Streamline internal processes, meetings, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure efficiency without stifling creativity.
- Team Communications: Draft internal updates, prepare leadership decks, coordinate all-hands meetings, and help maintain cultural clarity as we scale.
- Project Management: Lead critical initiatives - from taking over teams interim, launching new business lines to improving client and hiring processes - from concept to completion.
- Decision Support: Conduct research, gather data, and synthesize insights to help leadership make better, faster, and more informed decisions.
- Finance: Support finance teams with research and inputs on latest industry developments.
- Innovation: Dive into AI innovations and how they could enhance Aeyde´s current state of business.
- Culture & People: Collaborate with People & Culture to sustain a healthy, inclusive, and creatively energized work environment.
