What you will do:
We’re looking for a Senior eCommerce Manager who is data-driven and deeply customer-focused with a sharp eye for brand, performance, and digital experience. If you're passionate about scaling DTC or omnichannel commerce, and love working at the intersection of strategy and execution, we want to hear from you.
- Own and continuously optimize the e-commerce channel and overall digital strategy.
- Drive revenue growth through conversion rate optimization, improved UX, site performance, and CRM initiatives.
- Lead the planning and execution of promotional campaigns, product launches, and seasonal strategies.
- Partner with the digital designer to conceptualize and build out new on-site design features and experiences.
- Define the website roadmap and oversee end-to-end execution and QA of new features in partnership with web developers.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Creative, Product, and Operations to ensure full-funnel alignment.
