As a Buying Operations Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring on time delivery of our products by managing our inbound operations. Working closely with suppliers, internal teams, and logistics partners, you will support production planning and ensure on-time delivery of high-quality goods. This is a hands-on role that requires strong organizational skills, a detail-oriented mindset, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

• Ensure on time purchase order placements by coordinating seasonal production timelines with our Italian manufacturers.
• Manage and take full responsibility for all aspects of production data preparation, including product data uploads across systems, verifying specifications, coordinating EAN codes, managing barcode label creation, and collaborating on packaging and labeling to ensure cross-departmental alignment.
• Coordinate the full inbound process from factory to warehouse, including shipping documentation, overage/underage checks, and coordination of timely deliveries.
• Independently addressing inbound delays and escalating critical issues to all stakeholders within appropriate lead time.
• Serve as a key contact for Italian manufacturing partners, providing timely updates, documentation, and resolving day-to-day operational issues.
• Work closely with Product Development, Merchandising, Operation & Fulfillment teams to ensure seamless product for both our channels D2C and B2B.
• Maintain and improve delivery performance dashboards and tracking tools.
• Ensure the accuracy and consistency of data in all reporting systems.
