Your tasks
Lead the project management for all digital channels and brand events as well as anything that is touching the production aspect of the brand
Manage requests and projects, translating them into creative timelines and ensuring creative assets are developed, approved and delivered on time and as required
Monitor the progress of projects, anticipating next steps and resolving issues, including timeline delays or conflicts
Create and improve work processes between the Creative team and other departments as PR/Comms, Sales, Digital Marketing, Product, and Merchandising
Own relevant meetings to ensure project deadlines are met and teams are informed
Manage creative assets, owning the creative shared drive to ensure all assets are saved out appropriately
Be the focal point for external stakeholders (freelancers) during various productions (e-commerce, campaigns, editorials, lookbook, etc)
Build critical relationships and coordinate across key partners
Process costs & invoices
