Manage and lead Aeyde’s Operations team across both B2B and D2C businesses - ensuring the team is onboarded, supported and managed to cover entire order flow
Inbounds: Responsible for D2C & B2B inbound processing including system uploads, communicating inbound to 3PL teams, and processing of book-ins in coordination with the warehouse
Outbounds: Responsible for coordinating with B2B clients for specific shipping instructions, preparing shipping documents & labels accordingly, submitting to customs office, uploading on client portals, and managing ship-outs with the warehouse/3PL
Ownership of B2B claims process, such as escalation, resolution, and factory claims with Production Manager
Manage and support the D2C ops team on shipping, returns & refunds and customer care processes working closely with warehouse and 3PL teams to ensure capacity management (esp during sale seasons)
Ensure best-in-class convenience and customer service experience along shipping and delivery options, VAS, and easy returns
Setting-up, owning, reporting and improving SOPs, SLAs and KPIs for both B2B and D2C businesses with internal teams as well as with third parties
Support the management in streamlining all operations processes and customer service by leveraging a data-driven approach and innovative technologies
Be commercially driven to improve efficiency and reduce operating costs over time
Establish and manage senior relationships with all internal and external stakeholders through monthly check-ins, quarterly reviews and site visits
