Your tasks

• Support assorted teams with achieving their commercial goals by providing insightful reports, analytical deep-dives, and planning support (e.g. customer analytics, country dynamics, lead-time insights, etc.).
• Play a crucial role in the design and roll-out of planning and reporting strategies.
• Develop ad-hoc business cases that support sales growth and/or cost improvement initiatives.
• Work closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams, whilst reporting directly to the CEO.
• Ensure quality, accuracy, and consistency of all internal and external reporting.

Your profile

• Extensive work experience in an analytical role in a fast-paced environment (e.g. e-commerce, retail, start-up, and/or strategy consulting).
• University degree in a quantitative field with a strong business focus (e.g. Finance, Economics, Engineering, MBA).
• Advanced modeling skills in Excel and/or Google Sheets required.
• Solid understanding of the typical e-commerce and finance KPIs.
• Previous experience with BI and ERP systems (Looker or Oracle Netsuite is a strong plus).
• Very strong quantitative analytical skills and confident handling large data sets.
• Fashion/e-commerce experience is a strong plus.
• Well-structured and organized way of working.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• An approach that is clear, efficient, and friendly in verbal and written communication (fluent English, German is a plus).
