Your tasks

• Plan and execute organic social media strategies that build brand awareness and drive customer engagement across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest and YouTube
• Establish a TikTok strategy for the brand 
• Work closely with the creative team to align on content production from concept to execution
• Work closely with ecommerce, digital marketing & merchandising to ensure timely support of key product stories and generate reach, engagement and sales
• Work closely with the PR/influencer team to assist with communication and support influencer marketing campaigns
• Oversee and manage planning, reporting, and optimizations across all social platforms 
• Spot new social media trends on various platforms and bring them to life in collaboration with the brand team (e.g. Establish a TikTok strategy for the brand)
• Consistently stay up to date on competitor strategies and understand what is happening in the industry to position Aeyde as an innovative, opinion leader, within the social realm
• Content creation (video/image/etc) as needed

• Extensive social media experience
• You live and breathe social media & you are up-to-date on the latest trends
• Excellent problem solving and organizational skills
• Proven track record in improving and implementing processes
• You work well under pressure and in a fast paced environment
• Resilience and ability to handle multiple projects at once
• Knowledge and passion for fashion, art and design
• Positive, flexible and open-minded, a true team player
• Strong communication skills in English
