Your tasks

• Lead the project management for all digital channels and brand events as well as anything that is touching the production aspect of the brand
• Manage requests and projects, translating them into creative timelines and ensuring creative assets are developed, approved and delivered on time and as required
• Monitor the progress of projects, anticipating next steps and resolving issues, including timeline delays or conflicts
• Create and improve work processes between the Creative team and other departments as PR/Comms, Sales, Digital Marketing, Product, and Merchandising
• Own relevant meetings to ensure project deadlines are met and teams are informed
• Manage creative assets, owning the creative shared drive to ensure all assets are saved out appropriately
• Be the focal point for external stakeholders (freelancers) during various productions (e-commerce, campaigns, editorials, lookbook, etc)
• Build critical relationships and coordinate across key partners
• Process costs & invoices

Your profile

• Extensive experience managing Creative teams and projects
• Creative with a keen eye for fashion and current trends
• Strong creative network of photographers, models agencies, stylists etc.
• Able to manage a range of different stakeholders and projects with competing deadlines
• Able to motivate, empower and have a calming effect on a team under pressure
• Problem solver & collaborative type of profile
• Excellent communication skills in English
