Product Coordination Intern (m/f/d)

Your tasks

In the role as a Product Coordinator Intern at Aeyde you will be close to the product and help to coordinate a variety of product related administrative processes behind the scenes for the category footwear & smaller accessory categories in close collaboration with our Product Manager and Merchandise Manager.

Responsible for the sample management from factory to internal teams
Consolidate all internal sample requests and ensure on time delivery and availability for internal team
Supporting Production and Operations processes such as liaising for shipments of packaging, labels, extras etc.
Checking invoices against order confirmations
Support the creation of range plans and linelists
Conduct market research on assortment and prices
General assistance & support in administrative work for design, product management & merchandising
Communicate with other departments (operations, sales, marketing) on product updates

Your profile

Studies in Business Administration, Fashion or other relevant
Good project management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication in English and preferably Italian
Proficiency in MS or Google office applications
Strong follow-through and time management skills, highly organized
Key factors: currently enrolled, ideally 6 month mandatory or study related internship, full-time 40hrs/week, paid
