- Define and implement optimal traffic mix to reach sessions & revenue goals
- Define and implement optimal country mix to reach sessions & revenue goals
- Conduct comprehensive customer journey audits and share valuable insight for optimization opportunities across the website working closely with the Ecommerce Marketing Manager
- Build and share dedicated reports to track and steer customer acquisition
- Establish KPIs and monitor performance impact of paid ad campaigns to drive recommendations and optimizations across Paid Social; Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, Youtube and TikTok & Paid Search
- Present analysis’ to different stakeholders at different levels of management transmitting insights to guide them in decisions across Press, Digital and Creative
- Manage and optimize performance marketing budgets
- Build robust reporting dashboards
- Evaluate new reporting / support tools to increase efficiency across digital teams
- Define paid campaign audiences
- Launch and monitor new ads within paid campaigns
- Monitor and optimize Facebook / Youtube / Pinterest / TikTok Business Manager where required
